Payment
I only accept Paypal however if you do not have a Paypal account you can still pay by debit/credit card through them.

Shipping

I offer first class shipping within the UK. I also ship internationally, via first class Royal Mail. I can post every day within the UK for packages under 100grams, overseas and over 100grams is on my days off only which I have twice a week.

I do offer delivery confirmation and insurance on your package, please message me so I can give you a quote for this to add it to the postage cost.

!!!!IMPORTANT!!! For international orders!!!
Please be aware of your countries import tax/duty and customs charges as I am not responsilbe for paying them. I will also not lie about the price of an order nor will I mark it "gift" on the customs form as it is illegal for me to do so. Thank you.

US Customers! If your wondering how I've made your postcode longer it's because I go on www.usps.com and find the rest of your postcode so your package gets to you even faster! =)

If your package doesn't arrive within 30 days of me posting it please let me know so I can sort it out for you =)

Refunds and Exchanges

If your jewellery is accidentally damaged within 2 weeks of having it, I can fix it or replace it or offer a refund (minus the P+P). I need to have the origional jewellery back first though before I can send out the new one or give a refund, this is to help me see how it got damaged to prevent it in future. You will pay for the postage back to me and I will pay it to send the new/fixed jewellery back to you.

If you need your jewellery fixing after having it for a while please convo me and I'll help as best as I can =)
